The Ultimate Movie Guide To: Tron Legacy

The Download Tron movie (2010) is a sci-fi action movie, based on the original tron movie. In Tron Legacy Kevin Flynn a gifted software programmer and the CEO of a company called ENCOM International, explains his eight-year old son-Sam about a new "digital frontier" he has made; calling it “The Grid”, where a virtual domain exists within a game system. Kevin explains to Sam how two programs work; these two programs called tron and Clu are helping him. He explains how Tron can keep the Grid secure, while Clu is responsible for creating the perfect system.

Later into the Tron Movie twenty years pass by; Sam (Garrett Hedlund), troubled and baffled by Flynn's mysterious disappearance, looks in a page that originated from an apparently disconnected number at Flynn's long-shuttered arcade. As SAM Explores the arcade, he discovers a concealed door that leads to a computer laboratory in the basement. Trying to figure out what his father was doing, he started calling up the command logs, as he reissued the last command and enters it. A a digitizing laser appears, which transports him to The Grid.

Later into the Download Tron Movie Sam is taken into custody and escorted in to the game arena, where he gets combat armor as well as an identity storage battle disc from the four Sirens, including Gem: Beau Garrett. When Sam tries to escape, he is faced against “Rinzler”, who is know as the master of the games, He quickly discovers that Sam isn't a program, but a User. Sam is then taken to Clu, who Sam believes may be his father. Clu brings Sam into a “Light Cycle” that included several other programs, as Sam nearly dies; Quorra (Olivia Wilde) rescues him, and takes him to a distant hideout in the Off-Grid-Out-lands. There, he meets with his father: Kevin. It is then discovered that during The Grid's development that the "isomorphic algorithms" (ISOs) had the potential to unlock mysteries in almost every field of science, as well as, religion and medicine. Clu believes that ISOs are imperfect beings, and following his programming, betrayed both Kevin and Tron, and to seize control over The Grid. He then strategically eliminated all ISOs. It is further discovered that the portal to the real-world, which uses huge amounts of energy to stay open, cannot be open forever and ultimately closes off: In addition, it is further revealed that, it can only be opened from the outside.
