Plot Summary:
James Brennan's is the main character who is going to go on a tour to Europe in summer before starting Ivy League school studying in 1987. But his dreams fail when his both parents have many problems with their carriers. Instead of having rest he has to find the job to earn money for spending in the Adventureland. It is a local park for amusement where the boy falls in love with the worker Emily. There, at girl’s workplace, they find out the mysteries of life and love that can be both pleasant and unpleasant. Only then and there James really understands what values are the most important ones in his life.
