Plot Summary:

The movie Get him to the Greek is a comedy centered on the friendship between famous rock star Aldous Snow and young college graduate Aaron Green.

Aldous just launched a single African Child which didn't receive the appreciation he expected. Left by his wife who also took their son, the rock star indulges in drinking and in doing drugs.

Aaron wants to be a talent scout. Currently working at Pinnacle Records, he proposes to his boss that Aldous should play at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. But first he needs to convince the rock start. Aaron also has issues with his girlfriend Daphne who wants to move to Seattle.

When he goes to search for Aldous, he finds a wreckage of a man. He follows Aldous from bar to bar trying to convince him to come back with him. He suggests that Aldous goes to visit his former wife to reconcile with her and see his son again. The rock star agrees. When he meets up with her, he learns that she has plans to marry the famous drummer from Metallica and that he is not the biological father of the boy. This depresses him further more.

Aldous is decided to kill himself by jumping from the rooftop of a hotel in Los Angeles. Aaron goes there and tries to convince him to give up on the idea. Aldous jumps in the pool, but he falls with his arm on the poolside which leaves him injured. Aaron comforts him by saying that it is not true that nobody loves him. His fans idolize him. Aldous decides to go to the Greek Theater to perform even if he is injured.

Aaron and his girlfriend move to Seattle, while Aldous rejoices the re-launching of his career through a single produced by Aaron.
