Plot Summary:
This movie revolves around an elite division that comprises of special operatives and they are known better as G.I. Joe. James McCullen has successfully created a weapon that is based on nanotechnology that can destroy the whole city. His company sells 4 of them to NATO and for this task, US Army is deployed. While Duke and Ripcord are on delivering the warheads, they are attacked by Baroness who is recognized by Duke as Ana Lewis, his ex-fiancée. Both of them are rescued by G.I. Joe team (Scarlett, Snake Eyes, Breaker and Heavy Duty) who take them and the warheads to The Pit (Command Center of G.I. Joe in North Africa). The head of this team, General Hawk takes the warheads into his command. Duke and Ripcord are allowed to join the group as Hawk is told that Duke knows Baroness.
McCullen along with another Doctor wants to use warheads to establish a new world order. He retrieves the warheads from The Pit with the help of Baroness Storm Shadow and uses them to destroy the Eiffel Tower. The rest of the movie involves the recovery of the rest of warheads and taking McCullen into custody.
