As any major movie directed by Scorsese in that period, Goodfellas movie is also a Warner Bros production. This is definitely one of the best gangster stories ever told. The way that Scorsese creates the world of mobsters, as well as the film distribution: Robert de Niro, Joe Pesci and Ray Liotta, and the experience of the team in the area of gangster movies make this one a real masterpiece. Sure, The godfather remains the best film ever made about this topic, but the action of Goodfellas movie takes place at a different level.
