Plot Summary:
Mark Whitacre is the main character of the movie that has been based on real events from American business history. He works at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), which is a well developed company bringing him big money. But suddenly he turns into the informant for the FBI. He has to manage to make everything so right that he is not fired but promoted. But for this he has to complete all the tasks FBI offers. He has to conduct as an agent and take a tape-recorder with him in order FBI could have witness of the crime. But his behavior changes so much that the agents working at the FBI and investigating the case feel they have chosen a wrong person because he adds some imagination to the information he gives them. This is the story of the most famous informer who could not distinguish truth from his injured imagination.
