Moon Plot Summary:
The film tells a story that takes place in a few years from our time. The main character is Sam Bell, astronaut who lives on the Moon. He develops Helium-3, a new source of energy to provide our planet with. But his job at Lunar Industries comes to the end. This job acquired him to be alone all the time – it wasn’t necessary for anyone to be there. The whole process was performed by a satellite and all Sam had to do was to transmit messages here and there. Fortunately, as his job is almost ended, he will have the opportunity to go back to the Earth and to see his family – Tess, his wife, and Eve, his small daughter. He will be able to go away from "Sarang," that was his home for such a long period of time. He will talk to people not to machines at last. However, something bad starts happening to Sam’s health – his head is aching, he sees strange images and cannot take control over his sightseeing. Due to these problems he is close to a fatal mistake that can bring to his death out of his native planet. He returns to the base without knowing how exactly. He starts treating himself there when suddenly he meets a clone of himself. This clone is angrier; he tells Sam the same story of his being at the Moon as Sam has experienced himself during long three years. Sam tries to understand what the matter is with him, his clone, his company and his life. He makes an effort to find out the truth but he doesn’t know where it will lead him to…

Worth downloading
I wanted to watch the movie with my family. We downloaded moon and started watching it as we usually watch movies. The story is not simple, and the actors’ playing is amusing! My wife was very much satisfied. We have discussed some films of this kind with moon and came to conclusion it wasn’t bad at all. Moreover, now it is among our favorite ones. It is worth downloading for your home collection.
Acting, story, and the moon? Can't go wrong!
Sam Rockwell is my star. His acting abilities were so much convincing, his character is a part of him. He acts in such a way that you find yourself thinking something like “Oh, that is me beside him who is great!” The way the story is told is unusual as well, it’s like a nice peculiarity of the movie. The actors didn’t fail any time, everything was perfect to me. All the characters seemed so worried and helpless, not knowing what to do in a difficult situation, trying to save themselves. The shootings of the moon surface were great, I liked the visuals. I saw the earth and I saw the moon, it was like I am a small piece of the universe that has its own rules. If you haven’t decided what to download for the evening, alter moon movie.
Absolutely great.
I don’t know how it happened but I didn’t know anything about moon movie and a possibility to download it before this day. Sam Rockwell showed his best, I adored this actor, his tricks made me a fan of him forever. I think the plot was proceeding rather slack, but on the whole it was all right. Visual effects were so nice. Of cause, one can find some disadvantages in the movie, but still they should not prevent you from seeing it.
It will drive you crazy
some ideas as for moon had been on my mind before I downloaded and watched it. At first I thought that I was 100 % right. But later I realized that my intuition failed me. The movie was so tense, so psychological, that my thoughts were far from being calm. Stop watching all those hyped-up thrillers – download moon movie and watch it, you will not be disillusioned.
Resembles Solaris, The Island, 2001
This movie has some features that we had seen in science fiction movies of the previous years. I remember some most popular of them and they resemble moon very much. Having downloaded it, I felt the same when I watched Solaris or The Island, for instance. These movies are awesome and if you are fond of them as me, you will find moon as good as they are. Sam Rockwell will become your idol, I don’t doubt it!
Amiable Indie film chosen from the mass of identity
When I found out that Hollywood is going to release Final Destination 4 I was very much upset. And then I couldn’t even imagine that an Indie movie will make me so much satisfied. It is so interesting that it absorbs you for the whole time of watching. So nice, so exciting and funny, but still sad sometimes. I mean, so few people know about this film that it will not have such a great popularity like it deserves. For instance, when someone asks me what movie I have watched last, I answer that I have downloaded moon movie and this person looks at me in surprised because he has never heard of it. It is so sad… I seldom say that the movie is worth watching more than once but this is a pleasant exception.
All components make up an excellent film
Talented actors, a nice script, great director who added a part of his soul into the staff – these conditions are well fulfilled in moon. Download it a get pleasure of a well-thought plot that influences both your physical and emotional state. Some moments seemed like Hitchcock’s to me. Sam finds himself in an unusual situation and he has to find the way out of it. His acting was first-rate, I admired watching him. All my favorite moments are connected with him, especially those as for the ship. The movie seems to be given a fresh breath, everything is so much exciting!

I think it’s a must for me to write a few words about this movie. It’s so great! I would say even perfect! I don’t know the history that preceded the shootings but I liked all those monologues that looked like classical. I mean, that they didn’t become less fascinating, it is not like you sit in the theatre and feel bored. The director is great, his talent is bright and attractive for a wide audience. The casting is so good that I couldn’t imagine it to be better! Brilliant acting with talented directing and moon movie is so desirable to be downloaded! I don’t want to discuss some points here in order you had the desire to watch it by yourself. You will not be disappointed. It’s worth watching!
