"The Private Lives of Pippa Lee" Plot Summary:
Pippa Lee is a wonderful woman who, despite her age, has more femininity than any young girl. She is fifty years old, though she is a perfect wife, a good mother of talented twins, a hospitable neighbor and a devoted friend. However her husband has several surprises for her. In spite of the fact that he is thirty years older than her he starts relationships with a woman younger than his wife. The second news is even better – he offered her to move to New York’s retirement home in order to live there till the end of their days. Pippa discovers that she is trying to find a way out of this difficult situation. She realizes that the world she has lived in for many years can be destroyed and it is her who has to leave things secured.
