Plot Summary:

There is a Governmental secret foundation aimed to change people’s genetic code in order to create an army of people unable to feel anything. Their psychic system should react at those who don’t want to take part in the battles and get rid of them.
The main hero of the movie is Nick Gant who is a representative of the next “movers” generation. About ten years before his father had been murdered and now Nick has to escape. He settled down in Hong-Kong where a lot of people live and which is the last place not to be dangerous in case nobody knows where Nick is. But very soon he is found by a 13-year old boy Cassie who is a “watcher”. He found Nick to ask for assistance in searching for Kira who may know the way to stop the governmental program. Kira is the one who has the most dangerous powers – he can read and alter people’s thought in order to change people’s behavior. Soon Cassie and Nick are followed by the foundation and they have to escape for saving their lives. Some physics help them to find Kira before authorities find them. However they don’t know that Henry Carver who has the same powers as Kira will do everything possible not to let duo find their problem salvation.
