"Rollerball" Plot Summary:

The film describes the times of the nearest future. In 2018 the situation in the world is rather peaceful. Nobody kills or fights. Big companies are in the power of the whole world. They have the possibility to control inhabitants of the Earth. Rollerball first represented as a cruel game now turned into sport played by all people. A champion is to be chosen from a mass of teams. Johnathan E. is one of the most experienced gamers hoping to take part with his team and win one more time. He is sure in the victory but Bartholomew who is the most bad-driven company heads’ member doen’t want him to participate in the contest. Johnathan realizes that he is among the best gamers of all times. He makes up his mind to participate in spite of all warnings of Bartholomew.
