Plot Summary:

Well, Christmas is approaching fast and there is hardly a year when a Family movie is not released before Christmas. This year it is Walt Disney's 'The Search For Santa Paws' that has been released to woo families, especially the kids all over the country. Belonging to the genres of family and adventure, the film has been directed by Robert Vince who has also written the screenplay along with Anna McRoberts. The film stars Reese Alexander, Diedrich Bader and Sahar Biniaz.

The story is about Santa Claus of course, but with a difference. Santa is now 1600 years old and on this grand occasion, he is gifted a white, fluffy toy puppy which comes to life with the help of Great Christmas Icicle. The puppy toy turns into an adorable live puppy called Santa Paws. Santa and his new friend discover that the boys and girls of New York have lost the spirit of Christmas and so they decide to come to the city. The film takes a turn when Santa loses his memory and is lost in the city of New York. It now becomes a responsibility of Santa Paws and his friends to somehow find Santa and his magic crystal so that Christmas can be restored. Along the way come two orphan kids, Quinn and Will, whose lives are brightened by Santa Paws as the kids only wish to have a family. These kids, along with Santa Paws make the people realize the importance of the spirit of Christmas and show what Christmas is all about.

The film falls short of expectations of those who have earlier watched some great Santa Claus films but it still is a wonderful movie for kids. Watch it with your kids and you will be happy seeing them full of joy and happiness.
