Plot Summary:
Amsterdam is a country of merriment. Chong and Cheech have been invited there to the festival where many celebrities should be present. But the man who had been the initiator of their coming disappears with all the money. Other people find out that they have very little money left. The story with our main heroes develops in Amsterdam, when they are “still smokin” in the hotel and preparing the shows.
