Underworld: Rise of the Lycans Plot Summary:

Werewolf gives birth to a human being imprisoned by the vampires. Victor – vampires’ leader – brings him up and calls him Lucian. When the boy gets older he makes him to participate in creation of new creatures called Lycans. Lucian is kept there in leash for Victor to have possibility of controlling him. As years pass Lucian becomes courageous man leading the armies of Lycans. Besides he has to protect the breed of vampires from the enemy breed of werewolves who can disturb vampires during the day when they have no possibility to raise to the sun. But Victor is unaware of his daughter Sonja and Lucian’s relationships – they are in love with each other and meet secretly. So when her life is in danger he escapes and turns himself into a werewolf. He fights against his own breed in order to save his lover’s life. But when Victor discovers that Lucian escapes he orders to beat him and put him in jail deep under the ground. Sonja is grateful to him and she loves him, so she gives him escape into the woods. But she is left pregnant alone with her angry father who doesn’t let her go out of her room. In such a way he wants to make Lucian come back. It leads to the war against two powerful breeds: werewolves and vampires.
