Plot Summary:
“The Usual Suspects” is a detective movie of a neo-noir genre. It was directed by Bryan Singer. This film has got a wide recognition of an international critics. And in 2008 it was included in the list of the most meaningful crime stories of the century.
The plot of the film is rather complicated. The spectators see it in different time planes. At the beginning of the film we could see the man "Keyser" at first speaking with and than shooting a man called Keaton (Gabriel Byrne). Then he set afire the ship, where the conversation was held. All the following scenes were dedicate what has happened before the murder and who this mysterious "Keyser" is. Only 2 men stayed alive after the ship’s fire. One of them is a Roger "Verbal" Kint (Kevin Spacey). The major part of a film consists of Verbal’s remembrances, that presented by flashbacks. That was the hard work for cops and agents to puzzle out that story. The ending of the film is rather unexpected, the Verbal suddenly turned to be a "Keyser" and all of his words and evidences were fabricated by himself. He got into the car and disappear.
