"The Wrestler" Plot Summary:

There were days when Randy 'The Ram' Robinson proved to be among the best wrestlers. But the days of his glory have passed and now he lived in the trailer. He had no one beside him that let him live how he wanted and do what he wanted. He worked in the supermarket and trained on weekends. Everything changes when once he gets a heart attack. After examination the doctor came to conclusion that Randy wouldn’t fight and take steroids. Randy agrees: he keeps on working in the supermarket, makes an offer to a girl to live with him. However, she denies his proposal as she has a daughter who doesn’t like him. Such a life doesn’t suit him – sport is the only thing he can do well and the ring is the place where he feels at ease. Finally, he decides to return.
