Plot Summary:

Catherine is an anxious girl who despite her father’s warning comes to the other estate. There she meets her cousins. One of them is cute but weak and the other one is rather manly. Their father Heatcliff is a reach man in the Earnshaw estate who had abused his sons. This problem starts to be explained by going into the future where Heathcliff was brought up by Catherin’s father Mr. Earnshaw. After he had died his son comes back from his studying married. He doesn’t consider Heathcliff a part of their family and treats him badly. Cathy falls in love with a pleasant man Edgar Linton whom she meets by chance. Heathcliffe is desperate because he loves Catherine. He disappears for three years. After this period of time he comes back with lots of money. But it appeared to be too late – Catherine had recently married Edgar. He tries to take revenge over them but finally it leads to negative consequences for everyone. This struggle between new generations calms down little by little.
